Nbaj Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

These terms and conditions apply to the nbaj platform (https://nbaj.ws) and all its services. nbaj is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and other countries. These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali, and both versions are legally valid.

Using nbaj's platform requires a stable internet connection and a supported device. nbaj is not liable for any losses resulting from technical issues or internet disruptions on your end. However, losses caused by faults on the platform itself will be addressed and resolved appropriately.

Each person may register only one account on nbaj. If multiple accounts are found under the same name, all accounts will be closed and a freeze may be placed on any deposited funds. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, but multiple registrations from the same device or financial account will be subject to verification.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time. nbaj follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy, and for withdrawals or deposits above a certain amount, you may be required to submit one of the following documents for identity verification:

• Driving Licence
• Utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)

For live betting, odds change continuously and the odds at the time of bet confirmation are considered final.

If an event is cancelled or ends in a draw, the full stake for that bet will be refunded. If a match is postponed and does not resume within the scheduled timeframe, nbaj reserves the right to determine whether the bet remains valid. nbaj's decision on this matter is final.

• Minimum bet amount is ৳100.
• Maximum bet limits are determined by market type and account tier.
• Three bet types are available: Single, Accumulator, and System bets.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, nbaj reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Placing bets using prior knowledge of a predetermined outcome or match-fixing information is strictly prohibited and subject to penalties.

Bonuses and promotions at nbaj are an added benefit for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited. Always read the specific terms of a bonus carefully before claiming it.

Welcome bonuses typically come with wagering requirements — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per member — the same bonus cannot be claimed multiple times.
• Referral bonuses apply only upon the referred member's first deposit.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for placing bets.
• Nbaj may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse (e.g., creating an account solely to claim bonuses) may result in account closure.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on nbaj. If any such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed and all funds may be forfeited:

• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or any third-party tools.
• Placing bets based on match-fixing or predetermined outcomes.
• Bonus arbitrage or abuse of the bonus system.
• Attempting chargebacks or payment fraud.
• Attempting to cyberattack or hack the platform.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Assisting anyone under the age of 18 to access or use an account.

Nbaj is obligated to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and report suspicious activity when required. Legal action may be taken against any form of fraud.

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Once your identity has been verified, the account will be closed. It is important to withdraw any remaining balance before closure — if funds are left in a closed account, you will need to contact us to retrieve them.

Nbaj may suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account inactive for an extended period (24 months).
• Court orders or legal directives.
